WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online ordering system.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Initially, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us within seconds of your purchase. A second e-mail will contain your USPS tracking number, which is generally sent out within 48 business hours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). We are a print-on-demand company, which means your order was made just for you!
I NEVER GOT ANY E-MAILS!
Occasionally, our e-mails (for both order confirmation and tracking) will end up in spam folders, so be sure to check there first. If it isn't there, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly when you ordered. If that is the case, simply contact us - we make it our mission to reply within minutes!
I MESSED UP AND NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER!
No worries! As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll be able to make a change to your order! Just contact us!
WILL YOUR PRINTS LAST?
You bet they will, and we GUARANTEE it! Our prints will last just as long as the garment itself!
WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECOMMEND FOR APPAREL CARE?
It is always recommended to wash the shirt inside out on a gentle cycle. Do NOT iron directly over the print.
YOU GUYS MESSED UP MY ORDER!
While it is extremely rare, mistakes can happen. If we messed up in any way, just let us know about the issue and we'll correct it immediately!
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
As long as the item is unworn and unwashed (in the original condition you received it), it can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A refund will be given through the original form of payment used to place the order.
In the package, please include a note with your order number. For exchanges, please include the address you would like your item(s) shipped to, and what sizes/colors you would like in return.
Exchange shipping fees are $4.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. All returns are at the customer's expense.
